Products Description

Plastic-film Multi-Span Greenhouse, cost-saving and convenient to use, is a kind of equipment for cultivation or breeding that is constructed simply. The greenhouse has great space-efficient performance and strong ventilation ability, also preventing the heat loss and the intrusion of cold air. It can be used as the seed-breeding or planting of dwarf fruit tree and for aquaculture and livestock breeding as well as for exhibition, ecological restaurant and teaching or scientific research, etc.

System configuration

The steel structure is made of high quality carbon steel with inside and outside hot galvanized layer which will be not less than 60um. Most connections of greenhouse structure are installed directly by screws or Self tapping screws. The warranty period of standard skeleton is 15 years, but the actual service life will be more than 20 years.

150/200 microns UV PE Film with life ≥5 years UV treated polyethylene film has function of anti-UV, anti-aging and anti-drip, will be fixed by special film lock channel and wiggle wire.

Shading net: black round wire 75% shading rate, warranty ≥ 5 years Function: Electric control, adjust the light intensity to improve the ecological environment in the greenhouse and lower the temperature.

Shading net: white aluminum foil 65% shading rate, warranty ≥5 years Function: Electric control, avoid direct sunlight to crops in summer, reduce the loss of indoor moisture; slow down heat loss in winter.

Film roll ventilation: 1-2 sets of electric roll film vents for each round arch in the top ventilated greenhouse, with a window width of ≥1m; 1 set of roll film ventilation around the greenhouse, with a width of 2m or more; the vents are equipped with insect nets to prevent mosquitoes from entering;

Drip irrigation system generally consists of the first hub,pipeline and dropper. The system includes water pump(and power machine), fertilizer tank, filter, pipeline, planting tank,etc.

The wet curtain/fan cooling system uses the principle of water evaporation and cooling to achieve the purpose of cooling.
